CARTOON TEASER

PITCH BIBLE

Adrain, a 10-year-old boy, is lost in between reality and a world of fantasy. He lives with his Nana, and his only friend is a talking dog who helps him on his quests.

Everybody seems to ignore the strange occurrences happening in Cherrytown (Adrian's neighborhood). However, Adrian is keen to find out what's causing the paranormal activity and ending it.

Not surprisingly, Adrian is frequently in trouble and is required to meet with a child psychologist to whom he tells his stories. (Every episode is about a different strange event witnessed by Adrian.) Nobody believes Adrian's stories.

The viewing audience is uncertain if Adrian is making it all up. Alternatively, perhaps he is on a "treasure hunt" to find a way out of this surreal world with its extraordinary characters.

The style, aesthetic, and pop culture references of this world is reminiscent of the 80s. The tone of the series is smart and witty. The perspective is from a 10-year old boy, with no one but his Nana and pet dog as support, exploring, and trying to understand if what is happening is real or fantasy.
